ENCIK MOHAMED IBRAHIM BIN MOHAMAD
Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamad studied law at the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2002. He subsequently completed his legal studies at the National University of Malaysia, where he earned an LLM degree in 2003.
He was called to the Bar of the High Court of Malaya in 2004 and began his career as a legal assistant at Messrs. Bosco Philip Anthony and Associates.
Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamad then joined Messrs. Lawrence & Company (later renamed Messrs. Wan Hazidin Lawrence & Associates) in 2005, focussing on civil and criminal litigation while also obtaining experience in banking and corporate consultancy work.
Mr. Ibrahim Mohamad joined Messrs. Suzana Jaffar & Associates as a Partner on January 1, 2008, after gaining valuable expertise and a solid basis in his legal practice. Mr. Ibrahim Mohamad brought his years of experience to the Firm, continuing to serve his clients in fields he was already well-known for, while gradually expanding such legal services into areas such as investment (both local and foreign), corporate exercises, the construction sector, and the information technology sector.
He then established his own practice, Messrs. Ibrahim & Fuaadah, which he continues to operate today.
Mr. Ibrahim Mohamad is actively involved in both civil and criminal litigation, and his abilities and court experience continue to be in high demand
PUAN NURUL FUAADAH BINTI SAID
Puan Nurul Fuaadah read law at International Islamic University Malaysia and obtained her LL. B (Honours) in Law in 2005. Puan Nurul Fuaadah did her pupilage at Messrs. Tengku Mohamed & Alan Lim and was admitted to the Bar of the High Court of Malaya in 2006.
She then joined a private company as a legal advisor but come back to practice looking for more challenging field.
Puan Nurul Fuaadah commenced her practice formerly as a legal assistant. Based on her hardworking nature as well her well-grasp of law, she become a partner of Messrs. Ibrahim & Fuaadah.
Puan Nurul Fuaadah is the trouble-shooter for the Firm. Her contacts within the government and semi-government agencies have assisted clients to obtain the relevant documentation, which are crucial in any commercial enterprise. She also advises on the intricacies of various applications to the government, thus saving clients’ time, which in the ever-changing commercial environment, is of the absolute essence.
A firm believer in the future of Internet and continued IT related development, Puan Nurul Fuaadah’s strength lies in her easy command of the IT language. Combined with her ability to draft complex agreements and reduce complex ideas into pen and paper, she is heavily involved in the drafting of benchmark memoranda of understanding and joint venture agreements related to IT projects for corporate and government entities.
ENCIK WAN MOHD HAZIDIN WAN ISMAIL
Mr. Wan Hazidin read law at International Islamic University Malaysia and obtained his LL. B (Honors) in Law in 1997 and did his pupilage at Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co. and he was admitted to the Bar of the High Court of Malaya in 1999.
Mr. Wan Hazidin commenced his practice in law in 1999 as a legal assistant with Messrs. Isaacs and Partners. He was made a partner at the end of a one-year service, where he pioneered the establishment of the conveyancing, banking and IT division of the firm. Thereafter, he joined Messrs. Lawrence & Company as Partner for almost 10 years. On 3rd March 2009 Mr. Wan Hazidin joined Ibrahim & Fuaadah as partner with a committed intention and vision to groom and grow together with the Firm and to further cultivate the direction of the Firm of establishing itself as a niche legal service catering to the needs of the burgeoning commercial sector.
He has 10 years’ experience and exposure in advising banking institutions, developers, public bodies, private companies and insurance companies on various aspects of law; and advising Malaysian and foreign concerns in forming joint ventures, his legal advice would range from drawing up of memorandum of understanding, forming joint venture vehicles and incorporation of companies and specializes in areas of contract financing, land law and companies.
Mr. Wan Hazidin has a vast experience and specializing in conveyancing in particular banking conveyancing works where he has an extensive exposure in preparing security documentations for both conventional and Islamic banking. He also has intensive knowledge in all aspects of insurance claims, security industry laws and family law matters.
PUAN SHAHRATUL HUSNA BINTI KAMARUDIN
Shahratul Husna attained Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2005 and she completed her chambering at Tengku Mohamed & Alan Lim under the guidance of Y.M. Tengku Mohamed Fauzi Bin Tengku Abdul Hamid.
She was called to the Bar on 19 May 2006 and being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2007. After being admitted, she commenced practice with Ng Kim Ming & Associates as a partner and handled mostly conveyancing matters and served banking institution both in conventional and Islamic banking.
At Ng Kim Ming & Associates for tenure of almost 3 years, she was practicing largely in general conveyancing and banking matters. During her tenure with that firm, she gained much experience in representing developers, sellers and purchasers in real estate transactions, involving in sale and purchase negotiation, joint ventures, drafting sale and purchase agreement, power of attorney, etc. The spectrum of clients which she has been involved in the projects/corporations
She also provided legal services and representing Financial Institutions in a wide variety of transactions involving real property financing, housing and commercial development project financing, bridging finance, drafting and preparing loan documentation, etc.
Shahratul Husna joined Messrs. Ibrahim & Fuaadah in February 2010 as a partner. Being a team member of this dynamic law firm, she entrusted in managing the conveyancing and banking portfolio of the firm.
PUAN NOR AZIAH BINTI HARUN
Nor Aziah binti Harun graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2018 and later completed her pupillage under Encik Mohamed Ibrahim bin K P Kunji Mohamad at Messrs Ibrahim & Fuaadah. She was then called to the Bar on 14th February 2020. She pursued her Master’s Degree shortly after and graduated with Master of Laws (Hons) from University Malaya in 2022.
Currently, she is assigned to Litigation Department to handle a wide array of civil litigation matters, that enhances her skill as a litigator. Her research skills that she acquired throughout her experience has helped her in conducting legal research that contributes in her daily practice as litigation lawyer. Her young age is not a hurdle for her to face the challenges and meeting the demands of litigation practice.
CIK NURFARAH ATHIRAH BINTI MUHAMMAD FAIZAL TAN
She had only started her professional practice at Messrs Ibrahim & Fuaadah being assigned to the Litigation Department to assist En. Mohamed Ibrahim and Puan Nor Aziah. Outside work, Farah enjoys volunteering for Small Changes Malaysia, a youth-led initiative to provide access education to under-served groups.
